Eastern Shore Land Conservancy
We partnered with Eastern Shore Land Conservancy to tell a bigger story about the people, places, and work behind land conservation on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The campaign included two flagship films, an overarching brand anthem and a forest program-specific film, followed by three months of our Sustainable Story Engine to turn those stories into an ongoing stream of short-form content. Together, the campaign helped ESLC grow its Instagram audience from 3,000 to 10,000 followers and generate more than 3 million views, introducing thousands of new people to the organization and bringing them into its broader conservation ecosystem.
This brand anthem film for the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy highlights the landscapes, working lands, and communities that make Maryland’s Eastern Shore a truly special place. Featuring narration by MeatEater’s Steven Rinella, the film showcases ESLC’s efforts to protect the region’s forests, farms, waterways, and natural heritage while ensuring future generations can continue to fish, farm, hunt, hike, and experience the Shore’s unique character.
This film shines a light on Eastern Shore Land Conservancy’s work to protect and restore the forests that define Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Through the stories of the people working to steward these landscapes, the film explores ESLC’s forestry program and the role healthy, connected forests play in supporting wildlife, clean water, working lands, and the region’s natural heritage.
For three months, we worked with Eastern Shore Land Conservancy to build a consistent storytelling engine around their mission, creating and planning three social posts every week. We turned their larger conservation stories into engaging short-form content designed to reach new audiences, spark curiosity, and bring people deeper into ESLC’s work. The campaign generated more than 3 million views, helped grow ESLC’s Instagram following to nearly 10,000, and contributed directly to countless email newsletter signups and donations.
