This recruitment campaign for the Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps was designed to inspire the next generation of environmental leaders to pursue careers in conservation, restoration, and climate resilience. The flagship recruitment video highlights the hands-on experiences, professional development opportunities, and real-world impact Corps members gain during their year of service across the Chesapeake Bay watershed. To maximize reach and engagement, the project was also repurposed into a month’s worth of social media content, creating a cohesive digital campaign that helped connect prospective applicants with meaningful opportunities to launch their careers in the environmental field.
